Offline repository from DVD - Network install

After days of downloading on the Ubuntu DVD, I tried to create my own local repository for network(pxe) installation. My line is too slow for an internet connection and I do not have a DVD drive in all the computers. If there is anyone who can tell me how to go about your help would be appreciated.
