well, it seems you have some duplicate repos in your sources.list, and also a missing gpg key.
that's not the fault of the script. :) you might want to rectify your sources.list, regardless of anything else.

but in the meantime, try running the latest version, get it from this thread:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=450621
it will allow you to bypass apt-get update failure and continue on to installation.
