This screen shot give the error. How can I install the game?

This is how I got UT (non-GOTY version) installed:

01) downloaded ut-install-436.run (http://www.3dgamers.com/dlselect/games/unrealtourn/ut-install-436.run.html)
02) made certain UT CD1 was mounted
03) ran the installer with: 'sh ut-install-436.run --keep'
