It is in the repositories... so... yeah it does...


And the answer, really, is no. The only "Single" player FPS games on Linux seem to be multiplayer-with-bots. Story driven single player fps? No. I don't think there is a single one.

Well they're not free, but Doom 3 and Castle Wolfenstien were both story driven fps games. If you've never played them you can pick them up pretty cheap these days and just download the linux binaries if they aren't already included.

Also the free game World of Padman should have single player in the next version.
