Can't Check Hotmail from Evolution E-Mail Client with DansGuardian Enabled

I use Evolution to check my hotmail accounts with the hotway and hotsmtp applications (Instructions here: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=200408). Now with DansGuardian enabled, I get this message:
Error while Fetching Mail.

Unable to connect to POP server 127.0.0.1.
Error sending password: Operation now in progress

Another note, when DansGuardian is disabled, I can check my hotmail accounts with no problems whatsoever.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem, or at least point me in the right direction as far as getting this error resolved?

This Is Just A Guess, But Can't You Open The DansGuardian Configuration Window And Add 127.0.0.1 To The Allowed List Or Whitelist I Think It's Called?
