Wine Zoo Tycoon ?

Hello,

My little sister wants to play zoo tycoon 2, but the computer has ubuntu (7.04). I already have wine installed because I need some electronic dictionaries, but zoo tycoon2 does not seem to work under wine. It does install and start, but crashes at the main menu. Can anyone help me fix this? Hardware acceleration is working because the desktop effects, avant and screenlets work perfectly.

The strange thing is that this site says it just works :

edit : I am not trying to run ZT2 on the computer stated in my signature, it's one with a r9550

Well i guess you have to play it on Windows or use Cedega to play it on

The appdb of wine tells it is not playable btw

Hi I would not suggest you to pay 15 dollars for cedega as the game is not amongst the working games of non official wiki http://cedegawiki.sweetleafstudios.com/index.php?title=Category:Working&from=Prince+of+Persia%3A+Warrior+Within
I prefer this wiki against the official cedega site.
