Help: Blackout windows with Beryl and TwinView

Hey guys, i've searched the forums and I haven't been able to come up with anything. I finally got the latest nVidia drivers installed and Beryl working, but i've run into a problem.

It seems when I have a window opened real big, and i open another window real big, the second window seem to come up black.

As you can see from one of the images, it's fine if i make the window smaller.

Anybody have a fix for this?

I'm relatively new to linux, sorry if this is a stupid question.

It is a bug on nvidia drivers, known but still without a fix.

grr....it's really irritating that i can't have 2 windows maximized >.<

Right click on the Beryl icon and go to advanced settings. The first option I believe is Rendering type. Set it to copy and no more black screens. This is the official answer from Beryl wrt Nvidia drivers.

I've read also that turning off blur and water will make this go away but I don't know for sure. Bottom line is the card has run out of texture memory.

I'm having a problem with black windows too, but it's not quite the same as this guys' one.
After a few hours of being on, ALL my windows will turn black. But I can maximize both windows fine with dual monitors without a problem.
When I say all windows, I'm including dropdown menus and tooltips etc.

And i don't think it's running out of memory, I have a 640MB 8800GTS
