Change terminal colours

I'd like to know if theres a way to change the default terminal colours of black text on a white background when running ther terminal app from Applications->Accesories->Terminal

Ideally I'd like green text on a black background...

right click over your terminal > edit current profile. So easy

Doh now i feel dumb. I have been trying to find a hidden menu in the title bar and all kinds of places.. typically it's right under my nose!
