Show icons

I searched the forums for an answer to this and couldnt really find one. If this is reposted somewhere else please let me know.

What I am wondering is how I configure Feisty to show icons of my mounted drives.

For example, how do I bring an icon to the desktop that shows my c:\ drive? Any help is greatly appreciated.
