Window Borders Stuck on Glossy

For some odd reason, whenever i try to change the theme the window borders stay on glossy but change color according to the theme. If i select crux, the window border stays glossy but becomes purple instead of having that stylish look. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

*This is a new install w/ only compiz, beryl, and a couple other proggies installed.

try turning off compiz/beryl then changing the window border

I found a Solution! I installed originally installed Beryl through add/remove. It turns out I needed the beryl ubuntu-settings package from synaptic. After installing that it worked fine. :KS
