EMU 1212m Alsa driver update

Hi guys! I'm 100% new beginner with Linux. :???:
Please someone to explain me how to update-install the new beta Alsa drivers 1.0.14rc4. step by step
in the new Ubuntu Studio.

I'm posting from it.
I have EMU 1212m and just realized that it is supported by the new
driver 1.0.14rc4 not the included one ... :???:

Hey there have you found a solution to this problem yet?

I tried to d/l from Alsa site and follow the instructions but my install gets messed up evrytime.

Lemme know thanks.

In the mean time i will keep searching. :(
