I have a 2.4 ghz Amd64 Athlon
1 gig ddr ram
128 Ati Radeon Mobility 9600/9700 series

Will I be able to play World of Warcraft on 64 bit Ubuntu?

You should be able to, just roughly follow the guide (http://help.ubuntu.com/community/WorldofWarcraft) and get the latest version of wine.

Lucking for you it looks like the maintainer of the ubuntu wine packages has started releasing amd64 builds. :)
