I'm trying to setup a new Presario laptop with my development environments. I'm having a problem with MonoDevelop.
It installed okay and to test it out I created a new GTK VB.Net project. Without writing any code I ran the project. I was expecting to see a blank form appear but instead I got an error message: Cannot Open Assembly /.../myexecutable.exe
Sure enough the executable was not created.
