Ubuntu wiki sites - no talk pages?

Does anyone know why the Ubuntu wiki sites (http://wiki.ubuntu.com/ and http://help.ubuntu.com/) don't have 'discussion' or 'talk' pages for each article, as Wikipedia and other wikis have? There are a few pages, mainly MythTV-related, where instead of just changing the article I'd like to give a bit of an explanation first. (Cos last time I made a change it got reverted!)

Is there a specific discussion forum for the wiki or help sites?

I think it's customary to just leave a comment appended to the bottom of a page, along with your nickname. Would that work for you?
