Hi,
but is it possible to make some repository? Instalation script is good, but repository is far, far better. Managing packages (ie. installing only CE theme but no SW) , automatic repairing bugs etc. I don't like to install some software by the help of another system than packages. I thing it will be great improvement of an ubuntu CE to convert the install script to repository with one top meta-package.
If you need, I should help you with making this repository.

Yes, this has been discussed and considered. For now I am going to be sticking to the script. The reason is that all of the programs with the exception of a few come from the Ubuntu repos. The ones that don't come from the Ubuntu repos are mostly just GUI frontends.
