Hi,

I'm a long time Ubuntu user, yet since its first incarnation, back in 2004 (Warty Warthog, Ubuntu 4.10).

Although not a die-hard practitioner, I'm a Brazilian Catholic, but my decision to give CE a go had nothing to do with my faith (sorry about that, I can't lie). The truth is that I had some problems with Ubuntu 7.04 (intermitent reboots & Internet getting desconnected all of a sudden).

That said, let's move on:
1 - I didn't like the Menu button (too large and undecipherable). Since I couldn't find a CE customized Ubuntu-like, I replaced it with the original Ubuntu Menu button;
2 - I didn't like the new, abstract, Firefox button, either, so I replaced it with the old fox-like;
3 - The Firefox look'n'feel customization is very good, although I think the general colors are a bit too brownish to my tastes. Maybe you could make it a little more brighter on the next version. On the other hand, I love the buttons (strange enough, the button for the Sage extension didn't show up on the Navigation Bar, to the right of the church);
4 - I missed the drum sounds on the GDM login screen, so I activated it. What about replace it with bells on future versions?
5 - I repositioned the GDesklet eye-candy on Desktop into the CE logo, in the middle of the Globe. I think it's more visible;
6 - I really, really, really, can't understand why Ubuntu (and CE and LinuxMint and Kubuntu) don't put a Home Folder on the Panel by default. Everybody knows the Home folder is the one every Linux user opens the most. For a noobie it isn't an easy task to do this, believe me! Think about it for (here I go again...) future versions;
7 - Beryl, as expected, was so unstable that I decided to uninstalled it, after a brief run, but I don't blame CE: never succeded it, no matter the distro I tried.

Well, that's it for now. I installed CE only yesterday and I have a lot to explore (the religious content, above all). I wonder if there's a way to put a (Brazilian) Portuguese version of the Bible into the Bible Toolbar. Please, let me know.

Cheers
