How to install a printer using cupsys with web interface?

I'm using a Ubuntu Edgy Server version.

I access this server with SSH and I use just the console mode.

I want to know how to install and configure a cupsys server and how to install a printer using the web interface of cupsys.

Please, can someone give me some help?
