CDDL vs. GPL

Hello! I have a quick question for you guys, what are the main differences between Sun's CDDL licence and the GPLv2 licence?

The most important difference is that everyone uses the GPL, while only Sun uses the CDDL. I think even Sun is moving away from it (Java has been GPLed).
