Can you put new version of GnuBiff in backports. The newest is 2.1.3

what are the changes over the current version? I use it a lot. I love the bouncy penguin.

EDIT: there's been a major feature release and a major bugfix release since the one in hoary. I'd love to see the new one in backports.

It probably hasnt been put out to the mirror... It's in universe in staging though.
