I'm just curious. What is the difference between Administrators, Forum Staff, etc?

forum staff are people like moderators. They basically keep the atmosphere of the forum in good shape. They have powers to move threads around, merge threads, edit posts, etc.
Administrators are responsible for the upkeep of the site. They can do stuff like modify the look of the forum or the way in which the forum software behaves. They also have the power to ban users and heavy stuff like that.

They also have the power to ban users and heavy stuff like that.moderators do too, but we have less control over it. for us, that facility is almost exclusively reserved for spammers to stop them in their tracks.
