`New posts`always only showing 10 pages ???

I noticed that everytimes I click the "New Posts" option, it only gives me 10 pages.

So how do I view new messages past the 10th page ?

Well they're not exactly new after that are they....?

I'm guessing that its to prevent excess load on the database server with so many queries.

Can you really find nothing in 100 new posts to respond to before a new set of posts arrive at the top?
