Apparently, I'm a fan of Bigelow & Holmes. My application/desktop/window title fonts are all Luxi Sans, and my monospace font is Luxi Mono. My default Firefox font is Lucida Grande.

I really like the font called Mukti Narrow for everything right now, I have it as my overall OS font. And for the terminal I use Monospace.
I also use a graffiti font called Judas http://www.dafont.com/judas.font for my .conkyrc, but I might change it soon.
And I also use a font for my Emerald title bars called SG06 from ShakaGraphics: http://www.dafont.com/sg06.font

I use the mac fonts for my desktop. They integrate well with kde.

I use Georgia or other book fonts for documents, because sans-serif fonts are title fonts and difficult to read in long passages of text. This is a fact that sadly seems to have passed by much of the current generation.
