Hi all,
With more and more organisations and bodies switching to Linux, it seems apparent that more support personal are going to be required, especially within the European arena.
i am seeking advice regarding Linux certifications from any individuals currently operating as Linux professionals. I came across LPI (http://www.lpi.org/en/lpi/english) who seem to offer examinations via prometric for LPI 1-3 certifications.
I would like to know if these certifications are recognised by organisations, and stand in comparison with for example MCP certifications (apologies for the poor analogy :) ) .
Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance.
Dale
