Hello!

After having installed Feisty Fawn I have a problem with Beryl. When I maximize a window it maximizes "too much". It seems as though Beryl doesn't take in account the Panel ("start menu"). In Gnome this means that I can't see the bar with the close, maximize and minimize buttons since this is under the Panel on the top part of the screen. In KDE this means e.g. that I can't see the information on the bottom of Firefox ("Page loaded", Icon for firebug, etc) because this is hidden under the Panel at the bottom.

Can someone please help me how to make the Maximize keep the whole window visible?

Thanks in advance!
/Jonatan

I am having the same problem. Everything else in beryl is working wonderfully but this is a real pain.

I'm running Feisty with all updates (also started when I installed feisty) and beryl 0.2.1 with MESA drivers (Yes I realise that they're not always as quick but I like free things.. and they give me less problems.)

I'm sure its probably some setting but I've combed the Beryl Setting Manager over several times.

And also, the problem only occurs when beryl is running. Metacity and XFWM all play nice.
