Is there any software in Ubuntu 7.04 DVD that let us draw diagrams?

I am looking for a software that allows me to draw diagrams like the following one in Ubuntu 7.04.
Indeed i want an easy to use and productive application.

You can probably do most of what you want by using Inkscape. Based on your image, I made the following:

Open the attached SVG image in Inkscape and you'll be able to edit what I've done. I place this work in the public domain.
