Sound Card Driver Woes

Upstairs on my offline computer I've been getting it ready for a Feisty Fawn/Windows dual boot, Windows is on fine and I got the Graphics driver installed however I'm lacking my Sound Card driver, as it's offline I can't just set Device Manager to find the driver for me, does anyone have a method of finding out what my sound card is so I can find a driver?

If only it was more like Ubuntu.

Plus I'm not an ABSOULTE beginner to Windows.
