First, I was wondering if you guys ever have considered adding an alternate install disc? I have a computer that would run Ubuntu Christian Edition great, but it seems to lock up on the Live CD install :( An alternate install disc would also speed up the installation time....

I had the same problem with an older machine. You can first install with the regular Ubuntu Alternate CD; then once you're up and running download and run the "Convert" script from here...

I had to do the very same thing on one of my older laptops, as I was having no luck with the live cd.
