UT2004 linux installer is missing?!?!

i went out and bought ut2004 today, and to my suprise, i can't find the linux installer script anywhere on the disc. does anyone know where i can find it?!

That's the DVD right? It could be under the CD 1 folder, that's where it is on my CD set. It could also be in the last CD folder.

Could be that it was stripped out as well. Midway was packaging up the DVDs of the Anthology, and dropped the Linux installers.....see this thread here:

There are a couple of unofficial installers in that thread, but I could not find a download for the installer itself.

thanks justin, ill try out the manual installation later. im really curious as to why midway would strip the linux installer from their version. it doesn't seem like anything was changed from previous versions, so i doubt that they would drop linux support due to porting issues. does anyone know?

Specifically, several of us unfortunate folk have done the manual install thing, and my post (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=363783&p=2288903) specifically mentions a few caveats to the process.
