Hi all,

I've been trying to configure a logitech dual action game pad to work. I followed the steps mentioned in the post on this forum:

http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=28538&highlight=usb+gamepad

but I have only been able to get the buttons to work, not the analog sticks, or the d-pad (in xmame 0.96).

When using jcal -c /dev/input/js0 to calibrate the pad I get a "broken line" error at the end of the calibration

I read somewhere that I may need to apply a patch "badpad". Do I still need to do this... the message I read was concerning kernel 2.4, not 2.6. I also have the same problem using a gravis gamepad pro.

Thanks for the help.

Vince
