Domain Regester problem

I have recently registered a domain with www.websitespot.com, and some some reason I cannot access my site through the domain name, I enabled forwarding, and fowered it to my IP,(my ip works fine), and when I type my domain name, it leads me to the domain register page, what did I do wrong?

It can take up to 72 hours for a new domains to propogate completely. If you just did it I'd wait it out, more than likely everything is fine.
