Here is my Gusty wish list
1. Improvements with OS
Improvements with Laptop battery length
Improvements to change screen resolution without the need to do the repackage command or editing the xconf (maybe a graphical front end)
Faster boot up times
Graphical Front end Grub Boot loader editor (to remove older kernels) (maybe a tick box option of what you would like to keep or remove)
Option in volume manager to switch from stereo to 5.1
Wifi key passwords don't need entered every time you boot up
More Desktop effects added to the Desktop Effects List (window animations etc)
Easier way to add items to start menu (new users of Linux might not know where to find the application launcher file)
Easy internet download of gnome themes / artwork - (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=410588)
Restore from Trash (saves you cutting and pasting a file)
Improvements with the hibernate / suspend out-of-box feature
Add Support for Extra Mouse Buttons/Features - (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=410342)
A few more desktop wallpapers included
