Network Trash Folder (is it possible?)

Hello,

I am working hard on getting a file server setup between my Ubuntu Server and Mac/Ubuntu machines.

I wonder: is there a way to have the "Trash" folders work with network mounted drives ? I want all my data moved to the network and it would be nice if when I deleted something it wasn't "forever" until I emptied the trash. Currently, seems as if when I hit delete, things disappear for good.

Any ideas ?
