here's an E-Petition i heard mentioned on a podcast i listen to -
We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to Insist that OFCOM and the ASA stop Broadband Providers advertising 'unlimited' services that are in fact limited in the small print or by un-defined fair use policies.
i'm not a member of Digg, but i think someone should try to get it on the front page :D or at least post about this in other forums, if it happens in the UK it will help the rest of Europe and then probably the US too, so please post about this somewhere else :)
