Keyboard problem in games

hi, i have a problem whit keyboard when running games.
The problem is that that the key block caps, right shift, ctrl, ecc no work... what i have to do?

I also have the same problem, but the only key I can't bind to is the SHIFT key. :( In Racer, I can't bind to the CTRL, ALT, and SHIFT keys as well..
