have you tried to install it using the linux .RUN install file (look in the forums)... it's GUI and everything

just make sure you don't install it as root- or else the permissions will amekt eh config file read only ;-)

that's not the point :). It's not for me .. I'm a nerd :-P

I just think it would be nice if it would get backported to hoary so everyone can enjoy the game easily.

I dont think it should be available in a repo. I mean, its a big file, and recently backports had to switch to mirrors because of bandwidth problems.... :(

backports will be hosted on an official server soon ..... so that's no problem
