VPS providers

I wonder if anyone has had any experience with tektonic as a VPS provider? They offer Ubuntu as an option, but I'm wondering if anybody has had anything to do with them.

I'm looking for a good VPS provider and am looking at tektonic and linode at the moment. Linode looks a bit better, and I've come across a few community recommendations, but tektonic is a fair bit cheaper.

Or... can anybody recommend any other VPS providers?
