Courier MTA Administration

Does anyone know of a good guide for the administration of the Courier mail server? I've found a lot of places that show you how to set up the initial config, but I can't find any that show how to set up mailboxes, aliases, etc. I'm also trying to get intouch2 webmail working with it, but the initial setup of the MTA is what I'm really looking to accomplish at the moment.
