e-swird install module

I downloaded "The Message" bible and tried to install using e-sword module manager. I disabled Dansguardian, then clicked the tab for manual install, pointed to the downloaded file. I have had 2 tries at this, the second time I left the computer for 2 hours, but still it was not installed.
The message I get is 'starting, getting module, installing module'.
And that is it. That is as far as it goes.
Any assistance would be appreciated please.
Btw, I have installed other free modules with no problems.

The Message is a commercial resource, not a free resource.
The module manager could have choked at any of the following points:

Password to open the resource
How to pay for the resource
How to get to the page that contains the resource
