It would be nice if newer xine would be inplemented in hoary.

If there is a chance doing that. Please do it.

xline-lib is in breezy but it need a libraries updated (libartsc0-dev (>= 1.4.0-0pre1ubuntu4) libmodplug-dev (>= 1:0.7-4ubuntu1) libsdl1.2-dev (>= 1.2.7+1.2.8cvs20041007-4.1ubuntu3). I will start looking at that.
