WOW Lags?

My WoW is so laggy, even I should have all system requirements.

I have:
1 GB ram
1.6 ghz processor
ATI Radeon X700 videocard, with 156 MB memory
80 gB HD

I dunno if it is about cursor. On the screen, I have normal Ubuntu mouse, and the WoW cursor. When I move the Ubuntu cursor, the another cursor follows after 6 seconds, so I get one frame every 6 seconds. Or... Is ATI Radeon X700 enough?
