Enable universe packages and then sudo apt-get install wine. :)

so i put that in my command line? will i still need to download it because im having problems with my ubuntu going on the internet

Read again, I changed it

Enable universe packages and then sudo apt-get install wine. :)

Or even easier enable universe, and click the check box and it installs itself
