I need to know formatting, command and other steps/requirements to replace the bootscreen.

That helped create a grub splash but not a boot splash.

What I need are instructions on making the screens we see when the OS is loading up. You know, the 'Ubuntu' image with the word 'Ubuntu' and a progress bar.

i need the BOGL packeges needed in a .deb format can someon post some or show me how to get one?
