Hello all,

I work at an educational institution and in my lab i have an ubuntu server which runs apache, php & mySQL on my local network. I am looking for software that will let me create a virtual learning environment (VLE) where i can create/publish courses, but more importantly, let me create online exams, where students can log in take a test and obtain (print off) their results.

Is there any software that exists for Linux that will let me do this?

Thx in advance

Max

afaik there is a such software, it's called moodle, and once I found it in ubuntu repositories. My uni uses this system for e-learning. It's web based and you can create tests in it.
Try it

It can also be downloaded via their official site. I think it is fairly easy to install.

Moodle should be what you are looking for.
