Hey folks,

If you haven't yet, please take a minute to look over our team resources (and register/join launchpad... I can add you to the wiki if you aren't registered on ubuntu.com, although I recommend that as well).

Launchpad: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-us-florida
Wiki: http://wiki.ubuntu.com/FloridaTeam
Mailing List: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-us-fl
IRC Channel: #Ubuntu-us-fl (on irc.freenode.net)

If you need any help with any of this, feel free to contact me directly and I will help you out.

Chris

The IRC channel listed here is incorrect. I believe it should be #ubuntu-us-fl.

Fixed! But either way theres a redirect, so people would get there either way ;)

Thanks! I'm an IRC noob and had difficulties finding it in via the channel list in XChat-Gnome. There's probably a faster way to connect, but the old channel didn't exist. Wasn't trying to be a snippy know-it-all :-)

hello...I am a total noob to all this, i haven't had any replies to questions i have posted before, Maybe a local will help? living in palm harbor. anyway, i am having to use the wife's MAC to connect because i am having troubles with my wireless setup, i am using dapper drake with kernel 2.6.15. I actually have several problems, but want to direct them to correct catagories. is there anyway i can get a phone number or directions on how to get/setup an irc/instant messenger on the MAC to chat in realtime? the MAC is running tiger os. ANY response would be appreciated. just as a side note, if i can't get any responses, i will have to change back to a windos os, i had hoped to never use it again, but i need an os that works......
