Printer Networking with Windows 2000

I am updating some computers that are networked to one printer. These are being updated from Windows 98 First Edition to Windows 2000. The first computer I did saved the old settings, so I could easily set up the printer on it. However the latest computer, it did not save the settings, so I have to manually set it up. Does anyone know of a good reference on how to do this. Thank you in advance.
