help setting up an http/email server -the not important os stuff

hello,
i'm tring to setup an ubuntu server - with an http server, an ftp server, an email server. But with all the software not required by these servers and ubuntu not installed on it. minimal installaton as posiable.

is there some that can help.

Use the alternate install CD, select the server option, then install whatever servers you need.
