Good PHP online manual in .pdf format

I've been looking for a good PHP manual online, but in .pdf format. I've been in www.php.net, phpfreaks.net, etc..... The reason I needed .pdf is that I'm not able to read from the screen for long, my eyes burn and it is very uncomfortable for me. I would like to print this manual and be able to take it with me anywhere.

This isn't a pdf but it's a downloadable format of the manual:

You could download the single html version, print it to pdf, and that *should* work, obviously I haven't tested it... good luck...
