well finaly I get ut2004 to play in ubuntu but when I exit the game I got this

not to mention that I was playing a little choppy or have some slag not sure the right word for it I have a
AIW 9800 pro
athlon 64 3500+ 939 pin
abit av8 mobo
2 gb 3200 memory

and I was playing in a resolution of 1024 by 768 not sure if that matter
so if anybody can tell me id I did something grong in enabling 3d support and open glx please let me know how I can fix it

well the problem is that if I don`t log as a root I am not able to run that game I just got a splash screen and nothhing happen,
thats the reason why I run it as root
I tried to install ut2004 in the home folder but I was not able to install the only way that I could installed was as root, so that is the treason why I run it as root,

cool thats is nothing now I got another question how do i install the lattes patch I tried but since is in the root directory I could not extract it and I am new to linux
I really apreciate your help and support from every one of you guys,
