Hi,
I am trying to share my connection from my wireless to my xbox using firestarter and dhcp3-server.
I have gotten everything to work when connecting it up to another laptop I have. It gains an ip and can connect and everything. My problem is that when i plug the cable into the xbox, the link light doesn't even turn on and it claims the cables are messed up. I am using a crossover cable, and I know the xbox NIC still works cause we moved it temporarily just to see if it worked.
Anyway, I can't seem to get even a link light so if someone has seen this, I would appreciate suggestions or whatever.
