Hello, I was just wondering if it was possible to get Matlab 2006a working/installed via Crossover Office?

I know about Octave but it just falls completely short when trying to bring in huge compiled Matlab efforts.

Thanks for any help.

haha, yeah I know but I'm kind of hesitant to dish out money for a linux distro when I have a Windows one.

Matlab is too complex and slow to even consider running it in crossover. You'd better stick to Windows for this one or vmware (You'll need at least 512mb for the virtual machine to make it work properly).

Great, thanks for the advice - this was what I thought but I just wanted to see other opinions.
